Dupre & Scott Market Metrics

Dupre & Scott have been a long standing real estate data collection group in Washington State. They compiled income and expenses data from Multifamily owners every quarter to create a resource for underwriting potential Multifamily transactions and to keep owners in tune with the current market. Vacancy reports and Development forecasts were also part of their benefit of services. Unfortunately, they decided to retire in January and closed shop. How do you guys track these type of metrics in your market? Has anyone in Washington found a suitable replacement for Dupre & Scott?
