Moving to Whiteman Air Force Base
Hey all,
I just found out the military is moving me to Whiteman Air Force Base. I am originally from Kansas City so I’m very familiar with the area. My wife and I want to use our second tier entitlement of the VA loan to buy a four plex.
I am looking for a four plex in the Jackson county area. I was wondering if anyone is a current investor in Blue Springs, Missouri or Lee’s Summit, Missouri that knows anyone I can reach out to for advice or possible deals.
Also, if anyone has some quick tips for buying multi family properties with the VA loan I would appreciate that too.
My goal is to get one 100% financed and move out a year later. My wife and I are going to occupy one unit and rent out the other three.
