My partner and I are putting together our first syndication deal. Any advice on what investors are looking for in Syndicated deals? Also, any suggestions on where to look for accredited investors?

@Josh Sullivan investors are a dime a dozen in the Seattle area. It is the deals that are rare. You find a decent deal and the investors will flock. Show me a deal and I will show you plenty of funds.
