Cincinnati 10 unit Mortgage+Renovation loan

Hello Fellow BPians,

Have a 10 unit property in Cincinnati area (45230). Bought it in March and currently under going huge renovation to update it to market standards. I am looking for lenders (short or long term) to either provide a rehab loan or assume the entire mortgage along with the rehab cost. I have already put in 40% of the rehab cost. 

Please let me know if you have lender suggestions  or if you yourself lend on this kind of situations.
