Im 18, is that too young?

Posted
Hi, my name is caleb and Im 18. Ive gotten really into the world of real estate and love the idea of generating passive money, and I think I could do it. I know 18 is pretty young to start but do you have any pointers or ideas on things I could do to get prepared in the years to come?

@Caleb Michael Williams welcome to BP. No 18 is not too young. I wish I started that young.

Look at all the amazing advantages you have

  • Full of youthful enthusiasm
  • anxious to make your mark on the world.
  • Hungry and need to make every deal work
  • Young and full of energy.
  • Willing to work extra hard to get established
  • Willing to learn new things and not stuck in your old fashioned ways.

Gosh who wouldn't want to work with you.
