Best place to get a real estate liscense?

Hey DP members. I am looking into getting my real estate liscense as an investor. I plan on putting deals together and syndicating them out. For several reasons I’ll be getting a liscense even though I will not be a full time realtor. Any tips on the best school/method to do this in Texas? Thanks in advance, Dylan
