Clearwater, FL zoning question

Posted

I was wondering if anybody has experience in Pinellas county florida converting a single family to a duplex and what the process was like.   I'm having an extremely difficult time finding current multi-family units in the area and may resort to this strategy if it's practical.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

Steve have you checked the zoning criteria for the land. Start there then check density parameters. Changing lot zoning in Pinnelas can be extremely difficult from my experience.
