House Hacking Tips and Strategies

Good Evening All,

I am looking to house hack my first property with an FHA loan. Are there any tips and strategies that any of you have used while house hacking?

Any advice would like appreciated. Thanks.

Understand that there may very well be properties that you will not be able to see the inside of before making an offer if you are in a competitive market.  Even if the numbers look good make sure that a particular property is somewhere that you would want to live otherwise you could be unhappy and decide that it isn't worth it.
