Contract help with a duplex + mixed use SFR on same lot
I've got a property with a duplex and a property zoned commercial residential in a single 0.75 acre lot that I'm buying in Jacksonville, Florida.
Can this be put into the same contract for purchase?
This Is also a seller financed deal.
Is there a licensed Florida realtor that I can talk to about how to put this together using the Nefar contract?
