Seeking value add multifamily opportunities in and around Appleton, Milwaukee, Green Bay, Sheboygan, Fond du Lac WI.
We are currently funded for up to a $1.5 Million investment but also have other investors available for the right deal.
Ideally, this is a single building or at least contiguous buildings for a single loan.
