What is the craziest or weirdest or oddest thing you've found INSIDE your leasing office?

This little gem was actually inside the leasing office...not the  maintenance shed.

We have this 130-unit deal under contract so we will see what happens  to it. :-)

Love them...I bought mine NEW in 2015 (570 Polaris) to plow our properties with large driveways. It's a beast & to-date it has saved me about $5,600 in plow contracting. It only has 60 miles on it & I bought it sales tax free & 179'd it...

Now it just needs a heated seat

@Charlie MacPherson I know the feeling, our driveway is also very large. My wife feels so sorry for me & I have to stop my neighbor from plowing it too much with his large tractor. But when it gets really deep it's a help to push it back. I was born in Darwin, Australia & I still remember my youth physically shoveling large sand drifts on our driveways.

@Pat L. I use a 500cc Arctic Cat with heated handgrips and a plow on my 2,000 foot (and very steep) dirt driveway.  I've even used the plow to do some light regrading.

Definitely not just a toy, but (don't tell my wife) plowing is actually kinda fun!

@Holly Williams and @Todd Dexheimer - THANKS! I wish I could keep this beauty..but just found out it belongs to the maintenance guy for helping tenants move out since the property doesn't have a golf cart.
