Some people say not to invest until you can start with atleast 50-100 units+. Others beg to differ to “take action” even If Its a 4 plex. What is advice to anyone wanting to get started in multifamily investing.

Action is key. Start wherever you're comfortable. You can always scale up later. In 2009 had a duplex. By the end of the year I'll be at ~2400 units. The duplex is long gone and all my assets are now larger communities.

Sometimes the journey to 10,000 doors starts with 2.
