J Scott Scheel 3 Days Course Review??

I am new investor started in mid this year timeframe investing in SFH. I am now educating my self in commercial property and planning to take J Scott Scheel (https://www.commercialacademy.com/)course for 3 days ($997 for 2 people).

There is not enough feedback/review online so thought to reach to you guys for input that can help me decide.

1. Do you think 3 days course is worth enough for me to get started in commercial property?
2. Has anyone recently taken 3 days course and share feedback?
