Eviction started tenant tries to commit suicide

We are scheduled for court on Oct 31. Our tenant attempted suicide and is currently in the hospital. Has anyone been in this situation and can share their results.

 Please enlighten us as to why that is the case?  Seems like this landlord paid a heavy price for a situation that they were not a party to

Enlightening anyone who 1.) is a landlord and 2.) a premium member on a website about extractive wealth accumulation is too tall of an order. You are all pigs. If you cannot fathom the ethical indefensibility of your position in society - namely owning multiple plots of grounds and structures that you yourself do not live in - what’s the point? A good person doesn’t walk the earth displaying this ridiculous entitlement and you can bet with God as my witness that every last one of you will burn in hell for usury and worship of Mammon.

Well what was written 2k plus years ago might not actually work in modern society at least the way the world works now.

And I suspect if folks think its rough on Tenants here in the US  try being most other parts of the world ..

Well I  suspect Reginald your going to be shown the door here shortly.. its one thing to have spirited discourse and different ideology but swearing and name calling is just juvenile behavior  ..   And for the record.. I started selling real estate at 18 with Zero Money and an old Toyota Corrolla  LOL.. No silver spoon nothing handed to me..  But sure had my ups and DOWNS over my career.. it is the nature of real estate and economic cycles.
