Anyone have an estimate on cost segregation engineering?

We are looking at an apartment complex that is approx. $1.5M and are looking for an estimate on cost segregation.  Any input would be appreciated.

Usually any property purchased for over $1M will have significant tax benefits. My firm, like most, will provide an upfront estimate free of charge, which will show our projections of tax benefits found through performing a full study, and the cost. (This is based on thousands of similar properties we've done)
