Laundry Service Provider needed
Our MF client purchased a 64 unit apt complex in Salisbury, NC. The previous owner had laundry equipment which they owned and maintained. At the time of purchase the equipment was non-functioning junk. We discarded the equipment.
We are now looking to install new equipment. We do not want to deal with coins and maintaining.
Can anyone recommend a laundry service that they feel does are great job of maintaining their equipment and offer a fair split?
