Questions about starting a podcast

Hi everyone,

My fiance and I have it as goal to start a podcast in 2019 and are working on gathering as much feedback and information from people to ensure we provide as much value as possible on our podcast when it does launch.  We currently focus on out of state multifamily syndication.  In saying this we would like feedback on the following questions please!

1. What is the 1 thing you enjoy most about the podcasts you listen to?

2. What is the 1 thing you least enjoy about the podcasts you listen to?

3. In your opinion, what is missing in today's Real Estate podcasting world that would add value to you as a Real Estate Investor?

Thank you!

Kyle

@Kyle Mitchell

1) I like podcasts that focus on tools for success (practical) or lessons learned form mistakes (detailed). Famous people with good stories are a bonus.

2) Podcasts that drone on about the same thing (I'm financially free because I syndicate, blah blah blah ... rather un-interesting)

3) Structure and original content

Looking forward to listening to what you put together!
