Propane Landlord Account.

Hey BP, About 2 months ago we closed on a 7 unit that only had 2 units rented. We have done some minor rehab and upgrades. Now there are 5 units rented and we need to upgrade the propane systems. Currently the property is being serviced by 7 individual older style 100lb tanks for cooking only. We are considering to upgrade the tanks to newer 100lb multi-valve or possibly 200lb(with gauge) tanks. We will not rent tanks from utility company we are purchasing them for a few reasons. We will have a landlord account and bill the tenants directly. Has anyone been in a similar situation? TIA
