Help finding maintenance manager!

Hello Everyone, A friend of mine has almost 100 doors and operates as a property manager, as well as an investor. Within his property management company, he has a maintenance division. He has recently lost the maintenance manager that heads up that division with the bulk of the work falling into his lap; leaving him to focus too much on running the day to day business. Which is not ideal. Any suggestions on recruiting a new maintenance manager or getting creative to solve this problem? We hate having problems finding quality talent locally. Thanks in Advance!
