Non Profit looking to create Transitional Housing
Hello,
Me and a partner are looking to start a non profit organization for at risk/ abused women. Thinking of buying a 6 to 10 unit property. My question is, I want to apply for government grants to help purchase the property but I don't know if I can. Do I apply first and purchase or purchase then apply? Looking for advice from anyone who may have experience in the area. Thank you in advance.
