what is the best way to venture into multi-family property investing for someone who has never owned an investment property?? Should i go through a bank and get a mortgage through FHA or use the Brrrr strategy??

@Travis Harris in my opinion house hacking is by far the best way to get started. Especially if you’re starting out with very little money.
