Fountain hills Arizona

Does anyone here have any experience in the Fountain hills Arizona Realestate market? Me and my wife love there and we love the place. I would like to know what success strategies have been implemented here and if multi family would be a reasonable goal.

Thank you

Hi @Jesse Paulsen !

I have bought and sold properties in FTN Hills and it's my experience that sales are very slow and not conducive to multifamily or flips.  There aren't many multifamily properties (mostly condos) and buyers don't seem to be very interested in renovated properties.  It's mostly an older demographic and they want "Price over Pretty" which means, they prefer to pay less for an unremodeled house than pay for new finishes.  Open Door agrees with me.  I had a colleague try to sell them one of her flips that was taking too long to sell and they declined to submit an offer due to the long DOMs (Days on Market).  It's a beautiful place to live though! ;)
