Renting Primary Home to a Relative
Has anyone ever rented out a primary home to a relative? My thoughts are that since I have a low apr 3.25 on a primary, I will eventually rent it out to not lose this low interest rate. Plus, the mortgage is under $200k. I am thinking about buying a multi family to live in and have this primary on the side. Any thoughts on how I should set up titles?
