What colors should I paint this apartment building?

Question

What would be a good replacement color for this apartment. building? Unfortunately the roof is fairly new so I would have to keep the shingle color.  It is looking pretty weathered and has some wood rot. Should I paint the bricks at the same time?

Aquamarine with alternating black and yellow doors. Maybe a big mural of a beach party on the side facing out.

@Toben B. Don’t paint the brick! Brick is such a nice low maintenance exterior surface, with a natural and neutral color by itself. Once you paint it, which is hard to do with a professional finish anyway, now you’re committing to repainting every few years. Plus the paint traps moisture in the bricks causing them to decompose faster and causing paint to peel easily. Most brick is not meant to be painted. As far as the other colors I would only paint if it really needs it. Probably I would touch up what you have as needed, as it’s an inoffensive neutral color scheme which is what you want, and paint all the trim white. It’s not your primary residence so who cares what color it is, paint won’t get you any more rent unless it’s peeling or needs it due to being an obnoxious color like purple. Even then, probably won’t get you more rent. But whatever you do, don’t paint the brick!

Just my personal 2 cents. I agree with what's been said so far. I like the current look for the most part. I agree with painting the doors and frames white. It would make it look less like a motel. From the photos you provided the brick looks to be in good condition. I would just have it pressure washed. I would also put work into the landscaping and driveway/parking lot... I don't like that dumpster either... but it's more of a cosmetic reason than a functional reason.

White trims, lighter clean creme color on the wood paneling, leave the bricks untouched just give them a pressure wash to revitalize them.

@Toben B. If you have a management company with in house construction they should be able to draw you up a few ideas. They should also be able to recommend what resident like in that specific market. What I like in NJ may be different where this property is.

I'd paint arches and doors a warm, mid-tone grey - about the same value as the brick so it blends, not pops.  Then white trim around doors.  I vote for enclosing dumpster as well.
