Anyone else going to "Houston Forecast for Multi-Housing Pros" ?

I get asked by a lot of Houston people if I'd like to meet.  hard to do given I live in San Diego.  However, I'm in town for this event (I'm a Mark Dotzour -- the main speaker --  fanboy)

So if anyone else is going to this, let me know.  It's most about multifamily / apartments but I think some wholesellers and flippers show up.
