Hello BP Family, Im currently looking to find my way getting started in Real estate. Recently, I came across a 9/bd student housing apartment. I was thinking about taking the wholesale approach but i started thinking long term. However with me being a newbie, I have zero capital. what advice would you recommended to me as far as bringing a creative deal to the seller of the property? Seller Finance? etc....
