Pre-qualification letter needed

Audrey Oney
Posted

Would like to know the quickest way possible to obtain a pre-qualification letter to view a property, which is 6 units. Is there a good place online I can go to get to this done that others have had success with?

@Audrey Oney as @Seth Williams says you should get that from your lender. If you are looking at commercial properties you should be already talking to a commercial lender.  You should be talking to multiple lenders so you can find the one that is the best fit tor you and the property you want to buy. Yes it is easier to do things online but that is not how you become successful.
