first time multifamily lending looking for partners.
Hey everyone, i've been trying to buy an apartment complex but unfortunately my net worth is too small and my debt to income ratio is too high, so im struggling to get a bank loan for a property. Im thinking of going a different rout in order to build up my net worth and save up more cash for a bigger down payment. Im looking for some information on becoming an investor in order to do this. i have some questions as im not sure how it really works. Looking for some information on investing.
