Does anyone in here use any crowdfunding websites or anything like FundRise ? I have been thinking of dabbling in it.

@Jared Christensen - Ian's website is a great resource as well. I put 1k in fundrise 2 years ago as an experiment. I've averaged 8-9% return like clock work and don't have any major complaints. The website is nice and it's super easy. I've experienced a couple changes in their reinvestment schemes and as such I basically own tiny portions of each of their offerings. This is cool in that I can see the performance from each but also annoying in that I'll get 2 k1s and like 5 or so 1099s come tax time. If I were to invest larger sums of money I would do direct investing and point my money to the fund that aligns best with my game plan. This is also something cool about fundrise is that you have options. Follow a plan and they split up funds for you or go to the fund you want and select direct investment. I could be wrong but I don't know if you can directly reinvest your earned dividends in a single fund though. Let me know if you have any specific questions I can answer.
