Has anyone used any of these property search sites like List Source? If so did you like them or can you recommend any like them that are better.

Sites like Listsource and Listability are great when you know what you want. I think ListAbility has a bit more flexibility with demographic data. 

You might want to work with a list broker. Most are the same cost as when you're learning a system and running your own - and they can talk to you about the types of lists that might work for you.

Lists are the least expensive part of your campaign. You want to be sure to be taking the best advantage of all those stamps!
