Investor Reporting - Ideas?

All,

What kind of monthly, quarterly, or annual investor reporting do you do other than financial statements? Does anyone build out great presentations, run a webinar, host a conference call, etc?

Looking for ideas and input.

@Enrique Huerta - We use ZOOM for monthly calls.  You can easily screen share if need to share a slide deck and the video/audio can be recorded for members unable to attend.

@Enrique Huerta I think you need to drive what the level of communication will be, but if there needs to be more communication an easy thing to do is a webinar or video. I would do this quarterly, but not every month.

@John Casmon, Thanks for the input. Let's assume the investor base wants more details than monthly financials. How would you approach that?

Monthly emails and quarterly financials are usually fine, especially for passive investors.  You may want to have a monthly call/webinar for the active investors/general partners.  There are some software options to help with this,  check out InvestNext.  Heard them on a podcast, checked out their site, not a user yet, but I'm thinking it looks pretty good.

It depends on your goals and the expectations of your investors, but a monthly email update and quarterly financials is good for most investors. I know some who only do quarterly emails, but I feel this may be too much of a gap for many investors.
