Depending on what exactly you'd like to learn, a lot of the information (and people) are available here on BP. If you search the word "syndication", you'll end with million search results. You can also connect virtually with some active and/or passive investors here on BP. In terms of learning more, reading books on the topic will help as well as listening to podcast. 

Book recommendation is "Best  Ever Apartment Syndication Book" by Joe fearless and @Theo Hicks

Podcast recommendation is "Syndication Show" by @Whitney Sewell
