New b here. I was wondering how can I find a group of real estate investors who are do syndication investing? I would like to learn more and possibly connect

Depending on what exactly you'd like to learn, a lot of the information (and people) are available here on BP. If you search the word "syndication", you'll end with million search results. You can also connect virtually with some active and/or passive investors here on BP. In terms of learning more, reading books on the topic will help as well as listening to podcast.

The meetup and REIA advice given by those above is great.  I have met some local syndicators that way myself.  Staying active on these forums is another good way to see who is a syndicator and then you can reach out and directly message them to chat a bit.

Joe Fairless also has a great podcast series that goes through the entirety of buying a multifamily property via syndicaton.  Whitney Sewell and Michael Blank also have great podcasts that discuss multifamily investing and syndications.

Wherever you are located go to some real estate meetups and start asking around. Syndicators often don’t advertise, you have to know them. So start networking and you will!
