Hey folks,

I have seen some previous posts on this but thought I would ask again for my due diligence. Has anyone recently taken the 3 days, $1500 course? I know he doesn’t teach it anymore which is disappointing. What were your thoughts on the course and the teacher?

I have a few single family homes and have no experience in multi-family aside from reading his books - emerging markets and multi-family millions.

I don’t mind spending the money if it’s worth it and would like to hear from folks who have taken the course and see if it helped them in their lives.

Thanks,

Sonny

Agreed with @Alina Trigub.  I've heard from an experienced syndicator that attended that that 3 day bootcamp is solid information, but it will end with an upsell for the 20k (maybe 50k?) coaching program.

For some of those events the value of networking is worth it alone.  You will just have to figure out what your goals are.
