% fee paid to management company for capital improvement projects
Hi Folks,
I met up with several management companies to help manage a multifamily (70 units) in Texas. Want to find out what is a reasonable %fee paid to management companies for capital improvement projects. I have gotten quotes for 2-3% but one company that I really like came in at 6%, which sounds high to me. Thank you!
