Multifamily Downpayment Options
I'm in the process of purchasing a 12 unit building. I don't want to tie up too much of my flipping liquidity with the down payment. I have a couple private investors for my flips that would be interested in getting in on a multifamily. My question is how should I involve them without over complicating things? I've read up on LP and GP, I was just wondering if there was an easier way for someone to invest 100k in my multifamily deal?
