Building Property Manager List

I am looking to build out a list of all Multi family property managers in my area ( Tampa, Florida) however just doing a simple google search doesn't seem to be too effective. Some of the companies that pop up don't actually do multifamily etc etc. Is there maybe a website or a place in which I could utilize to build out this data base? Any help would be appreciated
