Hello BP fam, I am new to investing and want to get started with a house hack.I'm interested if anyone has enlightenment on the best way to find a reliable mortgage lender in Bend, Oregon and the best websites to find a duplex online. I have about 12k saved up and an FHA loan will be my best option. I've been doing my own research but help is needed if I want to start now. Thanks for the help !
