Refinancing muiti family
Im looking into buying a 4 unit multi family property, I reached out to my financial broker and she told be thatI would need to wait a year before i can refinance it for the property value. Does anyone know any way that i can do this sooner or have a bank that with look at the property value not the repurchase price ?
