Standard Annual Lease

Hi everyone, 

My company is under contract for its first real estate investment. It is a 14 unit residential apartment complex. I am needing to draft or obtain a draft of a standard annual lease. What is the best way to go about this? Do I need an attorney for this service? I was quoted $750 for the draft with any changes I'd like to make or amend.
