NJ Multi-Family Investors

Patrick Fermo
Posted

Hey Everyone!

What towns do my fellow multi-family investors have their properties in? I'm currently reading Finding & Funding Great Deals, so I'm going through the process of narrowing down my market with the help of Anson Young, but I wanted to tap into the vast knowledge of the BP community to see where ya'll did your investing? What resources were most valuable to you when starting your searches? Looking forward to hearing back from all of you!

@Patrick Fermo - Citi Data and Neighborhood Scout are decent resources for market analysis.  Trulia's crime map is good for crime.  Best of luck to you.
