Wholesaling apartments complexes

Posted

I have an investor that wants apartment complexes 20+ units. I found some on MLS, how do I talk to the realtor about an investor I have without loosing the assignment? If the property is on mls, the investor can just look at the property themselves

Haven't done a deal yet, I was simply asking a question. so no need to read state brokering laws yet, and ive found a few people that have made a niche of working with MLS properties, the thing is they don't give real instruction of doing so. I understand the fundamental rules of wholesaling.

Since it's on the MLS you should probably just tell your lifelong friend about it.
