Hello, I am a professional basketball player. Here for the offseason in the Houston, Austin area. I’m looking to connect with those who can help me purchase a multi family home or apartment complex.

What type of help? Finding a property? Financing a property? Or running a property?

Finding: loopnet and MLS to start. Don't see what you want? Find brokers listing things that are close to what you want. Contact them. See what off market deals they might have. Most don't typically work with unproven buyers but you being a baller (literally) might help.

Financing: for most, local banks. In Houston I’d suggest Green Bank. Origin Bank. Allegiance Bank. Texan Bank. Just to name a few.

Managing: google is your best bet. You can always look at some buildings near what you want to buy. See who runs them. And if a 3rd party, ask to get info on running yours.

Good luck
