New member and investor, where to start?

New to BP, life long dreamer of RE, but haven't  invested properly.

Have been listening to podcasts, reading blogs and forum's. To fast track the process,  what else I should  be doing?

I am Monroe township, is there a active user group?

Get out there and surround yourself with people that are living the life you want. And make offers.

I would add surrounding yourself with people who are doing what you want to do.  You could look into joining some masterminds or coaching programs.  There are also several facebook groups where you can ask questions and network.

Thank you, @Kyle @Greg. Yeah, I will attend Meetups. Hopefully I can find good local group, so far most are in NYC or North Jersey, too far to attend on a week day
