So I'm looking at apartment buildings in Phoenix, I have a list with addresses and mostly names of the companies that own them, some have first and last name of an owner but most of the leads only have the name of the LLC the property is in. Is there a way I can batch scrub this list to find out, 1) how many units each building has 2.) If it's been renovated, and when. 3.) If there are sister properties.

  Does anyone know if there is a company that offers batch scrubbing for apartment buildings to find out these 3 things? Any recommendations on how to quickly accomplish gathering this info in the most efficient way?
