Houston Multi-family Investing
Hello fellow investors! My name is Zac Mokua, I am a new investor in Houston. I have been educating myself for the past few months and have decided to go after my investment journey. I am interested in using the BRRRR method in the Multi-family home space. I am particularly struggling with the aspect of managing contractors and details regarding private financing and refi, and finally, of course, finding deals.
