Hoops to jump through with seller financing
What are some hoops one needs to jump through when doing seller financing? Any requirement for credit scores? income requirement? Debt ratio? Or is it completely up to the seller? What are some requirements you've encountered when qualifying for seller financing?

Every seller is different. I have encountered some that asked about income and wanted tax returns. I also have come across seller's that cared about my experience. They don't want you to run their building into the ground and then have to take it back over
