Your favorite multifamily investment book

Hi everyone! I'm new to bigger pockets. Looking to gear into multifamily investments here in Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

Question here is a simple one. Couldn't find a discussion in the past year so figure I post this question. For those who have read them, what is your favorite, recommended, solid foundation book in regards to multifamily unit rental properties? Would love the input. Looking to gain more, if not solidify, the knowledge I have now.
