Finding a seller's motivation for selling
I am about to contact a investor tomorrow about a property he has that I am interested in and find out his motivation for selling. Can I get some advice on what questions I should be asking about the property?

Just be yourself and be direct. Ask why he is selling then listen. Get to know the seller and the story of the property. The real key is listening.
