Adventures in CRE Accelerator Course
Has anyone taken the Adventures in CRE Accelerator Course (https://www.adventuresincre.com/accelerator/)? I am looking to gain more advanced underwriting skills, specifically for multifamily investing, and I like the technical spreadsheet stuff. (I have a background in applied economics.) If anyone has experience with this course or other similar courses, I'd love to hear your feedback and thoughts.
