Stumbled oupon this real estate private equity kind of company last night called Hayman Properties. What I really liked was how transparent they are in providing details about the deals they've done, the thinking behind each deal, how they added value, and their exit strategies and profits. Very cool, most companies don't provide this kind of detail.
